Youth shotgun - seaking recommendations

I would like to get my 13 year old daughter and 10 year old son a 20 gauge to start hunting turkey with me. Any suggestions? I don't want to spend a lot of money since it will only be used for a few years. I've heard the Mossberg 500 pump makes a good youth model 20 gauge. Thought? Thanks!

Yea mossberg has a bantum 500 all black 20ga i believe a 22 or 24'' smoothe bore barrel list is about 269.99.
Depending on LOP needed you could try their 500 20g which is 249.99 for one barrel or 349.99 for the combo with a 2.5 power scope.

The 500 bantum should hold up great for what you are looking for though.
I grew up with a youth model Rem 870 Express 20 ga. I got it when I was about 12, to start pheasant hunting. If I remember right, I found a used one for around $175 and it worked like a champ for years until I upgraded to a 12 ga. Then, I sold it to a buddy's little brother and he used it for years after that. Good, cheap little shotguns.
I bought a 870 youth 20 for my 10 yr old. He also has the rossi combo 20/.223 for a little more versatility (although single shot)
I just bought my 10 year-old a Rossi Youth Single Shot, model #S411220YS. You can find them in the $100 range. It's a .410, though. If your kids are recoil-sensitive, you might consider the .410 over the 20 ga. My son shoots my AR occasionally, but really didn't like shooting my 20 ga. single shot.
Get a Rossi or H&R and go with it, although the mossbergs are sweet
hogue makes a 12 inch LOP stock. might be something to look into for whatever u end up getting.
+1 on the Rossi or H&R great simple pieces of equipment
id go with a winchester 1300 ranger with the speed pump that was my first gun and never failed me
