Got two new super reserve gold sporting clay shotgun 12ga and the choke tubes all have real bad burrs in them. Unless my choke gauge is off all choke tubes are a little on the tight side except the cylinder and that’s a little on the loose side. I will get my mic out later and see what they Measure.

NOT even close!

Do they pattern anywhere near the way they should?
Their pattern is consistent with the diameter measured not what they're marked. I ordered some new choke tubes and the new tubes pattern the way they should as Mark. Going to have to do a trigger job on them also check trigger pull the other day 9 plus pounds on each trigger. When pulling with my Lyman trigger gauge I thought it was going to break before the trigger broke.

What made you choose the Mossberg over , say a Beretta or a Browning ?
My brother and I both have other Mossberg guns and they're pretty good guns and I've seen this new super sport they came out with at a very good price. So we started looking for some. I do have a Browning's and SKB Sporting Clay. Just another gun to add to the collection. Didn't think they would put something out at such a low quality control. Live and learn
