I called Mossberg, after days of waiting for a reply to my email, and was promptly answered by a very kind machine who played me crappy music for a full 20 minutes. Once I finally got a hold of a rep, and waiting on said rep for another 15 minutes, I got my parts ordered. The company was a pleasure to deal with, but be prepared to wait. The wait time for delivery of in stock items is expected to within 7-10 days to Ohio. After a full week, my email was answered as follows.....
