I am looking for a shotgun for three gun and need some recommendations. I am looking for something that will not break the bank. Looking to stay around $500, $600 max. I would like an autoloader but if not so be it. Hit me with the rec's boys!

If you're looking for a good hunting shotgun, you're best bet would be a Charles Daly. They make a good shotgun, and you can get a semi-auto 12 ga for that kind of money..

Just a thought...
The Saige 12 AKS Shotgun Is An Excellent Choice

Just your ordinary, muldane, AKS47 12 gage shotgun employing detachable high capacity box mags or drums. Way over $600 though.

I quit adding up the $expenses$ with mine. Now in the fun process of making this Russian young lady speak perfect American English.

One must add USA made parts to be completely legal under some dumb 922(r) agency regulatory law ruling. Changing out lots of stuff.

Includes the buttstock, forend, piston, hammer, trigger, disconnector, pistol grip, rails, sights, mounts, optics and many 10 rd box mags.

I'm getting good with this shotgun. Other better owners have shot 5 rounds in less than 1 second and hit the target every time.

There is something neat about cutting down a 12" pine tree employing 24 pellets of #1 buckshot. I might legally "paper" it as a SBS. HB of CJ

I really enjoy my Mossberg 930 spx. Semi-auto, 8 shots in the tube. I don't know how effective it would be in 3-gun because I have never competed, but I have read where others have used this shotgun in 3-gun competition.

I paid $589.00 at Dick's Sporting Goods.

It's pretty sexy too.
I like the SPX... been looking for a 500 SPX. Can't find anything in stock like em though anywhere :(

I did find a 500 Tactical Persuader (model 52440) 12ga, 18.5", etc for around $370. Debating on it myself.

Try a Benelli Nova. Most can be had NIB for $400-$500. Pump w/ 4-5 shell capacity. 12ga is the way to go. NIB usually comes w/ 3 chokes and it's a very dependable gun. Highlly recommended!

or the Super NOVA
Mossy 500 JIC is on my wish list. Really nice looking gun in your price range and it comes in a water proof tube. Saw one at the local gunnery that had a slick rubber grip on the pump with a flashlight integrated into it.
