Hello,

I have a Remington model 10 (serial #90xxx)

I have issues with feeding, anyone familiar with the firearm understands how the carrier operates during action.

The issue i have is the carrier does not seem to rotate far enough down in order to clear the magazine tube. The shell being ejected gets hung up on the carrier and jambs the action. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

There are some YouTube videos on the 10 and I found this one that might explain how that flapper/lifter works. It seems to be pretty basic and unfortunately it appears that the rotation is actuated by metal on metal interaction. That tells me that any undue wear is going to cause issues.

Good luck and all the best.
