Price check... 870 Marine 12 gauge

I've been eyeing these for a couple of years and I still regret not picking one up back then for about $480 (new) when I had the chance. Seems the price has gone up considerably since then.

Anyway, I am looking at another new one for $550 out the door. I just wanted to see what you guys thought before I dropped the change on it. I've been busy the last several months w/ the Army and don't feel as "informed" as I used to.

Price seems good. I just looked at one new at my local Sportsman's and they wanted $650. Is there a reason you need the Marine Magnum though instead of the regular 870?
