That's a really sweet shotgun you've got there. I've tossed around the idea of getting a Saiga 12, but what concerns me is how it could be used against you by an anti-gun district attorney since it's not a "hunting" weapon, should you use it in a home defense situation.

The fact that it looks just like one of those evil "assault rifles" the media keeps referring to and the magazine capacity. An anti-gun lawyer can easily spin that against you since it doesn't look like a "hunting" weapon. It's a fine weapon though and maybe I'm being overly paranoid.
