Interesting. I'll pass this along to a woman I shoot with every week. She lost the use of her left thumb after a shoulder operation a few years ago and has trouble racking some guns.

At this time the best she's found is a silicon piece made to hold hot pots and pans which she says works well.

I don't have any problems racking my 22 auto loader pistols but some days one would be right handy to have for my S&W 4566.
