I'll post about it on another post though. Retired career LEO with 30 sworn and 8 non-sworn in training others. Mainly into shooting my handguns abut have several rifles as well. My love for pump-action shotguns came from the years of training on and shooting various 870's. Love the Remington's that we used before Remington fell into some financial issues. But my latest purchase will certainly have my wife shaking her head.
Welcome from SW Idaho. Question for you Florida guys--I have a stamp from Cox's of Tampa on my circa 1891 Lefever G grade frame. This is Uncle Dan Lefever's fully compensated double, another stripped basket case. Anybody have any history on this business? I found pictures of this shop online from the 20's but not much from earlier.
Whoo hoo. This shotgun is in and I am pumped. Was going to post what I believe is the better of the reviews on Youtube but wasn't sure if that is against the rules.
Oh what the heck. But I feel this guy gives it a good shot, so to speak, at success or failure.
