Nice older Belgian double. The Liege proof marks put it in the 1898-1924 date range. Some of the other marks are confusing to me. I cannot tell if there is a date or not. It almost looks like a Delta or a Mu but could be a U with a star. That doesn't really match up with the Liege proof marks. The choke markings of 18.3 (0.3 mm constriction) does fit into the date range of the proof marks. They used these markings from 1910-1924.

There were bajillions of Belgian shotgun makers back then that made what I would call catalog guns for sale in the US and other countries.

Nice piece, nonetheless. Thanks for sharing.
