I just picked up a new Mossberg 500a Tactical today. I love it so far. I just wish it had a bottom rail that came with it so I could install a forward vertical grip on the pump. If anyone has one they want to sell pm me please.

Same as my hd shotgun. I really Like mine. I also swapped out the buttpad on mine with a "stinger" butpad from ATI. Very happy with the modifcation, and enjoy the gun. Need to find more time to shoot it!!

I will probably put on some sort of a night sight to replace the front bead though.

I have no problems with the safety myself.

The forearm grip is a waste. Also you'll find the speedfeed standard stock much more comfortable and usable. Just saying. Nice buy either way.

Why not just swap the forend for the pistol grip one?
