I know people who use them to hunt deer in the slug-only zone in MN.
Scope 'em, find the right sabot load (they seem to like the Rem copper solids & Winchester Platinum), and you've got a shotgun capable of taking a deer out to 200 yards, easy.
Beyond that, pretty much a one-use only platform; the rifled barrel means they'll perform abysmally with any shot load.
