Hello guys! got a new shotgun today .its a Mossberg 590A1 ,use to own a benelli and did not shoot it as much because I don't like recoil too much but this one I have to get use too and get comfortable shooting it for this will be my primary HD gun from now on. Tried it today as you can see on the video, recoil is not that bad ( I'm not a fun of recoil),got some good pattern at a distance of 8 to 10yds. I also tried shooting some HD loads and gotta say slugs is not my favorite thing to shoot in this shotgun:eek: but 00 buck shot is just fine..here it is and me shooting it..

If you want to reduce recoil more then get a Limbsaver recoil pad. I got one even though I keep my 590A1 loaded with low recoil OO buckshot. Since the gun range I go to only allows OO buckshot to be fired, I shoot full power loads since they tend to be cheaper.
