I'm looking to get back into skeet shooting after a 20+ year absence.
I've got my eye on a couple of Super X-1 Skeet grade, 1 of which is
supposed to be unfred NIB condition. These are in an auction, so no
idea where the price will go. Does anybody have any opinions on these
guns, or know where any are available? Thanks in advance for your help.

I've been owning one since 1978. I can't say anything against it. The easiest, smoothest auto I own. No problem to clean, or keep up. You won't be disappointed.

Hey folks I just bought my new skeet gun!
It's a Browning GTI. I had one 20 years ago,
and shot it really well. I also had a set of
Briley companion 28 ga. tubes, and shot my
best round of skeet (25 straight) with that setup.
Now I really need a MEC 600 jr Mark 5 12 gauge
reloader. Thanks and good shooting!

Good choice in my opinion. I own many shotguns but my GTI is my go to when I need to make it happen. Good luck
