Is the KSG ever going to become more available? I still cant pay 1000+ dollars for one.

I sent them an email about a month ago asking about OD availability and they said they are so overwhelmed with just trying to get the regular black ones out that they don't know when they will begin to offer the alternate colors and length configurations.

I saw one at the Gun Show this last weekend. No trouble at all getting and putting your hands on one........to the tune of a cool $1800. :shock:

The KSG & PMR can be found but man they want you to pay out the a$$ when you do. I'd love to have both especially the PMR-30 & was lucky enough to find one at LGS but they wanted over $200 more than MSRP. I just can't do it myself, pay more than MSRP myself that is.

Yeah I think that with these good things will come to those who wait. I think the prices will start to come back down to a sane level over the next year (after the inevitable election spike of course) I do hope they don't change the laws to kill this extremely efficient concept. The length is what has always turned me off of shotguns in the past just seems like an inherently close range weapon should handle more like an SBR

There is a gun store in Indiana here who has ONE KSG they are selling on the 21st of this month. They are going to ask for (and undoubtedly get) $1200 and tax for it. I just can't see paying that kind of cash for a $6-700 firearm.
I am sure that they will come down in price eventually.... I just hope they do so before things go to hell even more than they already are.

catalog doesn't gaurantee they have them in stock. Tried that route as well.

We've had (2) keltec shotguns in stock over the last 18mo. They aren't very common at all unfortunately. PMR30's we've had about 6-8 in stock. IF availability gets better then prices will drop dramatically. We normally sell KSG's for $1299.95 and PMR30's $449.95.
MSRP is a SUGGESTED price. The CONSUMERS set the price, not the dealers. If a dealer can't sell it for a price, he'll drop it lower. If customers buy it at the market determined price due to lack of supply, then that's the price a dealer should/will sell it at.
We'd rather sell (10) KSG's a week at $650 rather than (2) per year at $1300, but unfortunately the supply chains aren't anywhere near that level yet with Keltec. Cool shotgun, but crappy availability.

Just picked mine up. Luckily my LGS doesn't price gouge. I paid $80 under MSRP. I usually haggle but something like this with limited availability, I was just happy to find it. =P

Grats on the purchase I am extremely jealous. I just heard about the KSG today. Have you had a chance to shoot i yet? I have heard the round will consistently nail your forearm and make nice size welts Any trusth to this?

I shot it at the gun shop right out of the box when I got it. You are correct. I had a decent sized mark on my wrist/forearm from the shells ejecting down. I'm used to shooting ARs so maybe I need to make some adjustments to my grip or something? Maybe if I chicken wing my arm the shells won't hit it? Lol
It was accurate though. No malfunctions. Kicks like a mule! Will probably add a bigger butt pad and a vertical grip.
