Yeap, some people have to learn the hard way.
I haven't!!!!! I have the same ATI stock on my 870 as the guy in that last video, and I practice point-shooting it with the stock folded up. The trick is to hold it out from your body, not right up next to your face, and have a real good solid grip on the front pistol grip. That way it doesn't knock you in the head on its way back....Lol.. so who here has NOT done it? lol.. I'll be the first to say I have punched myself in the nose while shooting mine![]()
The gun in this is not a shotgun. It is a very large caliber rifle, .577 or .600, if I remember correctly. In fact it might it might be one of the old 4 bore or 6 bore rifles, it's been several years since I original saw this video.
Should I mention this on another forum?Lol.. so who here has NOT done it? lol.. I'll be the first to say I have punched myself in the nose while shooting mine![]()

Doesn't he know the proper way to fire it is to pull it back firmly into your bottom lip BEFORE pulling the trigger?
