How do I identify what model mossberg pump I have

Hi, I recently acquired a mossberg from my grandfather. He gave it to me with no paperwork or documents referring to what model I have. I have no idea how I would find out what model it is.

I'm new to this forum and I would really appreciate some help on my problem, thanks

There's nothing engraved on it at all?

No, just like 6 numbers on the side of the trigger housing
