Hi all, from south central pa.
Im interested in getting into shotguns, ive been a pistol nut for a long time. I seen a shotgun at a gunshow last year that i thought was really nice but didnt write down what it was. hopefully someone on here can help me out.
This shotgun was fairly short, 12 gauge and had a folding front handle that when you folded it down it also cocked it.
Any thoughts. i want something for home defense. Something the wife could grab pretty quick.

Good luck finding a KSG, Keltec is notorious for building new guns and then not being able to keep up with demand. Kinda like their PMR-30.... I'd own both the KSG and the PMR if I could find one!
A good 870 or 590 are probably the top two choices for HD in 12g pumps, high capacity, good reliability and lots of accessories.
20g also makes a great HD gun if your wife needs to use it, it's a bit more forgiving recoil wise!
I got my wife a coach gun (Stoeger 12g SxS) as it's easy to operate but generally prefer higher capacity stuff myself.
