[Grasshopper]

Hello all, I'll refer to my username "Grasshopper" as it kind of says it all. New to reloading and picked up a slightly used Mec 9000gn. Having difficulty getting the press to cycle and hoping there might be someone on this forum near Port St. Lucie, FL 34952 or possibly some other avenue for instructions on getting started/repairs. At this point, I think it's more of a linkage adjustment than anything else. Any suggestions or direction would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

By cycle you mean the handle will not move at all, moves half way???
Do you have skype or G Chat to video chat??
You could always take it to the local GC and see if one of the guys there can help you FTF.

I'll plug another site here; go to www.shotgunworld.com and in the reloading subsection at the top are some stickies by their moderator named Curly N. He should bill MEC for the clear advice (with pics) he has given thousands of folks over the years with his tutorial. From adjusting this part or that, tear down and rebuild, lubrication, etc.
