Welcome from North Florida.
Here in Florida a person can keep loaded guns in the vehicle without a permit, so I never got one.
Then, last year, concerned with the way this country is headed my wife paid for one for my Christmas present. In Florida it's $117 and good for 7 years.
It's a nice feeling to have a 357 magnum snubnose in my front pocket when I go into town.
