What's the best way to mount this light to my 870?

I found a mag tube/ barrel clamp that has a picatinny rail that mounts to it. Are there any other options?

That mount won't work--the light pictured is designed to be attached to a picatinny rail (that's what those two screw heads on the left hand side are).

You'll need to go with the clamp with a short rail section.
