Hey everyone,
First post here. I'm looking to purchase myself a new gun for the holiday season, and need a little help. This will be my first shotgun purchase.
I'm currently looking at the Beretta A400 Xtreme, which looks like it will be great for clays and birds. My question is, can I use this to shoot deer if I load slugs into it? I can't seem to find any good information on whether or not this barrel can shoot slugs, or if it would be a good choice for deer hunting. Also can't seem to find much info on a "rifled slug barrel" for deer hunting... again, not sure if I would need one or not. Is this one of those areas where you really need a separate gun for clays/birds, and another one for deer?
Appreciate any feedback in advance. THanks!
