Proud owner of a Benelli Supernova with a 28" barrel. I primarily use it for hunting dove and shooting skeet, but occasionally carry it to the deer stand as well.

I have a benelli supernova max-4 26" barrel. Killed duck, deer, dove, squirrel, rabbit, and a few yotes with it. Been used for a walking stick in the swamps during duck season, boat paddle, and beat off the water moccasins!! Love my benelli! It's one heck of a boom stick. It's not as pretty as it once was, but it goes boom boom boom every time I pull the trigger. It's by far the most well built pump action shotgun manufactured today IMO.

Montefeltro

I have a Benelli Montefeltro 12 gauge bought last May and like it very very much. Light, not much kick (compared to my LC Smith 1947 side by side and single shot 1957 Stevens 12 B, both 12 gauges). The Montefeltro is a great gun.

I purchased a 12 gauge Nova about 6 months ago and really like it. I just use it for busting some clays out in the desert. I may want to replace the factory recoil pad on it. Have any of you replaced the recoil pad on your Nova? I see Benelli makes one but the price is around $90. Limbsaver also makes one which is just under $40. Any of you have any experience with either of these recoil pads? Thanks.
