From what i can gather, the challenger hulls are cheddites. Anyone reload them in 28 ga? I have a new to me 525 coming and was able to score 2 flats of challenger shells. want to know if they are throw aways or should i keep them?

Just about nay hull can be reloaded at least a few times. Where are they made? That should give you a hint as to whose hulls they are.
They are made in Ste-Justine-de-Newton, Qc. Canada (from box label). In .410 do not have a shot cup. As a result although they shoot fine, in my .410 it is a bit of a lead mining operation to clean the barrels properly after use. I believe the other gauges do have a traditional shot cup that holds most if not all the shot.

The hulls look to be like any other Reifenhauser constructed straight wall hull. I am sure they will reload fine with proper components like all other of that type.
