I have a Poly-Choke II on my Saiga 12. It is a bit stiff to turn, but it was significantly easier to turn after I unscrewed the two pieces and lubricated the threads. Still stiff, but at least I don't need to put gloves on now to switch from full to IC.
As for the choke itself, I unfortunately haven't had enough time on the trap and sporting clays field to decide how well it works. Three days after I bought the actual gun I shot a 15 on the trap field with the choke set to IM. I usually shoot 20-23, but the sight plane and ergos are a bit different on the Saiga versus my 1100.
When i have a chance to pattern it I will post again.
