I believe you are asking about the Knoxx Sidewinder 10 round Drum magazine conversion kit. I do believe it's no longer being made...I could be wrong....you can search the web or look on gunbroker.
A non saiga drum mag??
Ok am I crazy I know a few yrs back I saw a drum mag the would work with a rem 870 or mossberg 500 12ga but now I can find absolutely nothing on them..were they banned or did I possibly just see one for the saiga before I ever knew what the saiga was..Again this was at least 3-5yrs ago in a local shop in MO. If anyone knows about them or knows where to order them if they exsist then please help point me in the right direction.

Yeah i've seen some kit for a Mossy 500 but i've never really looked for one
i'm pretty sure i read somewhere on here that they don't make them anymore. If you find one on gunbroker its usually pretty pricey

$700.00!! wow never mind on that Idea lol Ill just get a Saiga 12 with the drum mags when I can scrape up the money. Thank you for the info guys.. I read that knoxx discontinued them because they could not sell them at their targeted sales price..I also read installation was a B**ch and some were unreliable whick is odd for a Knoxx product.

I read that they were fairly reliable....but cumbersome, practical reloads where harder, and overly heavy. I also read that after the novelty of owning one wore off...people were returning them. I think the novelty for me would have worn off after installing and dumping one mag.
