I live in Omaha, NE and Im looking for 10 gauge slugs and I cannot find any locally. I know they are pretty rare since you can get 3.5" slugs for a 12ga. I have plenty of turkey loads for my 10 gauge. For the time being I actually use this as my home protection weapon of choice. Granted it is no tactical shotgun by any means. But it will get the job done if it ever needed to be used.

A friend of mine wants to take it out shooting. I have shot slugs with it before and he hasnt. It is definitely not the most enjoyable round to shoot. Does anyone know of a place locally that sells them?

Ive been to scheels, dicks, cabela's, guns unlimited and no one has them. 95% of the time they look at me like im crazy when i ask for them!

Or if any of you guys have a couple boxes that you would sell I'd consider that as well.

With a rare bird like a 10ga you might come out ahead rollin' your own. Buy a press and load anything you want.
