I just bought a yeldiz tx edition and one thing that I noticed is that it ships really dry. Nothing was lubed. The trigger was sticking and it was really hard to breach. I gave mine a intensive cleaning and lubed all mechanical parts before firing. I have had 0 problems so far. That may be your problem with the ejectors maybe it is stuck and needs a good lubin

First suspect is always the ammo. The Winchester Universals are the worst, the 2nd is Rios. I both hone and polish chambers routinely to help with this problem.
I am not a limbsaver fan as they tend to eventually turn to a gooey mess in the gun safe. I have installed several hundred keek eez pads with no complaints

I have been shooting RIOs for years and have had only two slightly mushroomed shells; I love them! I get them on sale from Academy when possible; those 1oz 1290s really hammer the targets.
