Revelation Model 350A Single Shot 20 Gauge that I bought at a Western Auto store in 1965 or 1966. I still have that thing, but I haven't shot it in 35 years cause it kicks like a mule.

A "New England Firearms"[I think!], 20ga, single shot, break open action. My older son has it now. Kind of a neat shotgun.
