Yep. I've got one in 20 Gauge with no recoil pad but otherwise looks like that one. I've taken a lot of pheasant with it.

Does this number 03192RPJ03 tell anything about the gun? I was not successful finding the meaning of RPJ03 in any of the various websites pertaining to Browning Citori's? From descriptions of features ( straight grip stock, Schnable forearm) I found it seems to meet that of the Citori Sporter Model which was discontinued in 1983? I would like to I.D. the year made and model Browning called it.

Here is how to date it by the letters in the serial number:

Hi Mad Murdock, I have looked at that Browning Citori page. I think I understand the serial # is 03192 and RP = 78 = 1978?, however I don't find the meaning of J03. I must be missing something if J03 is in there. Also this Citori has 26" VR barrels with fixed chokes (no Invector chokes). From what I read the Upland Citori's had 24"barrels, were 2 3/4" and HAD Invector chokes. This leads me to the Citori Sporter Model? not the Upland? as suggested by BOBSKI & Flash? Bill

Not certain of the model (citoris aren't my thing) but I believe that the j03 is just a part of the number and offers no coding. I may be wrong, as again, these aren't my cup of tea.
