I have had a Moss erg 500 for almost 40 years now; sits ready in a corner;' just added a Ruger 9mmPCC; with 33 round Glock mags it can hold its own in a SD/HD scenario

I pulled out one of my ARs with 2 30 round magazines in it and a red dot. Left it leaning in a corner while we're in the house and yard.

Other than that, just my usual Sig P220 IWB and a spare 10 round magazine while out and about. Mrs. Flash carries a G42 while out and about.

We're pretty well set.

I talked with a gun club buddy this am. Retired Recon Marine w/ 3 tours in the sand box. Said he could cure the antifa, etc garbage with a C47 and 2 platoons of whoopass Marines. I wish we could execute that order.

Two platoons sounds about right to this ex Army guy.

In 1965 the USAF converted about 50 WWII C-47 (DC-3 Civilian designation) to gunships by mounting 3 electrically operated GE guns on the port side. They could unleash a combined total of 6000 rounds per minute. They were called "Spooky" or "Puff the Magic Dragon" after the song by the Mamas and Papas. The flew mainly at night and no village under their protection was ever lost. They were succeeded by a converted C-130 with many more guns and armament.

One Eyed Shooter I got to see Puff The Magic Dragon up close when I was in the Navy. That was one scary bird just setting there. The old boy loading ammo told me the gatlin guns on it could fly over a football field and cover every square inch. That would take care of business!
