I was told that it is the best place to go for older Browning shotguns was Art's shop.

I have been calling them for a week. No one answers the phone.

Their website will also never respond.

Are they out of business?

More like they are taking a Christmas break, or out hunting, or so busy they can't get to the phone. I have folks recently comment on having them do work on their Brownings.

I get that they are the #1 folks for older Browning shotguns.

As a former business owner, I think it is important to have some call back (my rule was within 24 hours).

I can understand when the business is out hunting. How much trouble is it to leave a message and say so?

It is really difficult to get a great great reputation in business. These dudes have a great business model and chose to throw it away.

Then find someone else if their schedule and yours do not align.

This is not a proper reaction to a serious question. It is also a poor sentence structure.

Wow, you're not making any friends like that.

As to the response, yes it is - there are many folks eminently qualified to work on Brownings all over the country, so start looking around.

I was not looking for someone to work on my guns. They work well.

My gun dealer said I should contact them because the stocks had an additional option that Art's would know about. I would gladly pay them for their expert advice.

I am saying no one answers the phone at Art's. They have no answering machine. I am saying that they are missing out of future revenue for ignoring their phone. That's all.
