There are some good YouTube videos on cleaning your A300. Check them out because they have some great tips that make the job easier.

Congratulations. Now, I suggest you go to Academy Sports or Cabelas and buy a can of Hornady One Shot aerosol spray for the internals, trigger group, etc. and go shoot some doves.

good & cheap

Best cheap shotgun around is Mossberg Maverick pump. If you get the cylinder choke bbl it will serve as home def after your trip. You will most likely be amazed at how much you like the cylinder bore for hunting. Nice problem to have. Have fun.

Maybe this One Shot is what was recommended. Seems Hornady makes more than one One Shot
