New from Naples

I am brand new to Skeet.
Nearest facility is Port of the Islands, East Naples, Fl
I would like to practice but I do not know anyone with whom to practice
Ideally, I would like to partner up with someone who is also new
Took lessons with Paul Giambrone
He set a practice routine for me that repeats certain stations
It is not a regulator round of skeet. E.g. Shoot 2 high house 1's, 2 lows, etc
Also took some lessons with Becky McCumber

Any help appreciated

Hello and welcome from a fellow Floridian who happens to live in the same neck of the woods. I know a couple of guys who do shoot at Port of the Islands regularly but they are both very experienced shooters, one with skeet and the other sporting clays. Have you asked at the office/clubhouse there? Perhaps they have a bulletin board or such and could help find you a shooting partner. It would be in their best interest to keep you coming out regularly so I would hope they would be eager to help you with this.

Good luck!

Re: New from Naples

Welcome from a fellow Neapolitan. I usually shoot at Cecil Webb in Punta Gorda, less expensive. But I'm not a competition shotgun guy and haven't shot clays. Interested though.
